Need to return a SRAM.COM purchase?

  • If your product was shipped to an address in USA or Canada, please see our North America Returns.
  • New, unused items, purchased via the SRAM.com online store can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to your original method of payment, less the shipping cost.​
  • Please be ready to provide the following information when requesting a Return Authorization.​
    • Customer name
    • Sales order #
    • Reason for return 
  • If you purchased your product in-store or from an independent retailer, please contact your retailer to arrange a return.

How to return SRAM.COM items?

Four simple steps

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

  • Submit a Return Request.
  • Returns are not accepted for discounted, used, or damaged items, unless the failure is due to a manufacturing defect. Learn more about our Warranty Policy.

Step 2: Package and ship your return

  1. Package and ship your return with the instructions provided by Customer Service.
  2. Clearly print RA number on the outside of your return package. All returned items must be in the original box and/or packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  3. Returns should be addressed to:

  4. A Return Authorization (RA) must be issued before the product is returned. Items should be returned within 14 days of the RA number being issued.

Step 3: Allow 3-5 days after the product arrives at SRAM

  1. Our team will inspect and evaluate your return. Should there be any questions a customer service representative will contact you.
  2. Allow 3-5 days after the product arrives at SRAM for processing of your return.

Step 4: A credit memo confirmation will be emailed to you

  1. A credit memo confirmation will be emailed to you once your return has been processed.
  2. Allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
