Make sure your Flight Attendant components (Fork Control Module, Rear Shock Motor Module, Crankset Power Meter) are installed properly by following the Flight Attendant User Manual.
Your Flight Attendant system utilizes SRAM AXS Technology. You’ll need to pair your Flight Attendant components together, starting with the Control Module, and include any other SRAM AXS components on your bike (like your drivetrain and Reverb AXS seatpost) when pairing the system.
To properly set up Flight Attendant, your suspension (fork and rear shock) must be set to the correct air pressure. Check out the air chart on your fork’s left side lower leg or use the TrailHead App for your recommended starting air pressure.
Calibration tells the system where the components exist in space. Flight Attendant remembers everything, so next time you can get right to riding.
You're all set up and ready ride! If you'd like further personalize your Flight Attendant system, check out Bias Adjust, Adaptive Ride Dynamics, and Advanced Settings below.
When you Bias the system towards Lock Position (+1 or +2), it favors firmer positions to maximize rider efficiency.
When you Bias the system toward Open Position (-1 or -2), it will be less likely to lock, giving you a more comfortable ride.
New in-app settings allow you to choose from two Lock Disable settings: full system (fork and shock) or fork only. When these settings are selected, the system will toggle between only Open and Pedal suspension settings while in Auto Mode.
In the AXS app, you can customize all of your AXS-enabled component controls. Switch which button shifts up or down, and which toggles between Ride Modes—each command is up to you! New in-app settings also allow you to customize the button action when you switch to Override Mode. Choose between an instant press, a short .25 press, or a longer one-second hold.
Enabling Dark Mode reduces LED illumination on the Control Module while you're riding. Your LEDs will still light up when the Menu Button, Adjustment Buttons (+/-), or AXS controller paddles are pressed. Dark Mode can be enabled separately for Suspension Position (Open, Pedal, Lock) and Effort Zone (Low, Medium, High, Sprint) LEDs.
