Responsibilities
- Represent SRAM towards the customer and act as the primary contact for your own customer accounts
- Develop and maintain business relationships with your dedicated B2B customer base and nurture these connections into strong, long term partnerships
- Work closely together with different departments, such as sales, finance, shipping locations and international stakeholders to give the best possible service to our customers
- Manage order fulfillment from receipt to shipment, including entering, scheduling and confirming of orders
- Monitor orders and shipments in close cooperation with our production locations in Asia, USA and Europe
- Follow up & follow through on inquiries regarding sales orders, lead times, shipments, logistics, products and services and ensure customer requirements are met consistently
- Partner with Sales to onboard new customers and maintain accuracy of customer data
- Collaborate closely with Inside Sales team members, sharing information and best practices and support each other to achieve team goals
- Collaborate in cross-functional project teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes
Qualifications
- MBO+/HBO education (obtained through education or working experience)
- Excellent written and spoken English and proficiency in any/several of the following languages: German/ French
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Great communication and intercultural skills
- Proactive self-starter and independent thinker
- Experience within an (international) customer relations environment is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP/CRM systems is an advantage
