Senior Analyst - Financial, Planning and Analysis

As a Senior Analyst within our FP&A team you will provide the organization with financial analysis and financial insight that is robust, timely and accurate to allow for better decisions for SRAM.
Responsibilities
- Support the annual financial planning process focused on operating expenses and capital expenses.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis for key areas including operating expense, capital expense, inventory, and working capital.
- Support operational finance and accounting activities including cost center and GL maintenance and financial consolidations.
- Support the development and help drive additional use of a centralized reporting warehouse.
- Support of digital strategy, including investment rationalization, business model, etc.
- Support development of return on investment (ROI) analysis for new and existing Operating Expense activities.
- Instilling a payback mentality across Operating Expense budget owners; improving ROI of Operating Expense spend.
- Ad-hoc analysis supporting Selling, General & Administrative (SG&A) functions while always seeking new opportunities for quality and productivity improvements.
- Prepare operating packages for various lines of business.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Finance/Accounting, or related field required.
- Five or more years’ experience in an analyst role in a large or mid-sized company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners.
- Dynamic, initiative-taker individual who can work independently.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Experience with business intelligence tools a plus
- Experience with SAP a plus
- Experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service a plus
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 5% of the time
