2. SYSTEM WAKE UP AND PAIRING

Your Flight Attendant system utilizes SRAM AXS Technology. You’ll need to pair your Flight Attendant components together, starting with the Control Module, and include any other SRAM AXS components on your bike (like your drivetrain and Reverb AXS seatpost) when pairing the system.

5. GO RIDE

You're all set up and ready ride! If you'd like further personalize your Flight Attendant system, check out Bias Adjust, Adaptive Ride Dynamics, and Advanced Settings below.

BIAS ADJUST

Bias Adjust gives you the power to fine tune how Flight Attendant reacts to your personal ride style while in Auto Mode. There’s no right or wrong—Bias Adjust is all about dialing in the feel to match your preferences.

From the factory, the system is set right in the middle at Zero Bias for an effective balance of all three suspension positions (Open, Pedal, and Lock positions), but you can change your Bias setting at any point during your ride.

POSITIVE BIAS

When you Bias the system towards Lock Position (+1 or +2), it favors firmer positions to maximize rider efficiency.

NEGATIVE BIAS

When you Bias the system toward Open Position (-1 or -2), it will be less likely to lock, giving you a more comfortable ride.

ADAPTIVE RIDE DYNAMICS

Flight Attendant has a new tool that enables the algorithm to learn how you ride to continuously personalize your suspension: Adaptive Ride Dynamics. The algorithm collects fresh data to precisely calculate your personalized Effort Zones all season long—the more you ride, the better Flight Attendant understands how you ride!

Enabling Dark Mode reduces LED illumination on the Control Module while you're riding. Your LEDs will still light up when the Menu Button, Adjustment Buttons (+/-), or AXS controller paddles are pressed. Dark Mode can be enabled separately for Suspension Position (Open, Pedal, Lock) and Effort Zone (Low, Medium, High, Sprint) LEDs.
