Service Direct is currently only available to riders in Australia.
Chances are your suspension deserves some love right now. Routine service on your RockShox fork, rear shock and/or seatpost help maintain optimal performance ride after ride. As a general guideline, oil should be changed every 50 hours of ride time and full rebuilds done once per year—but this can vary depending on your climate, terrain, and riding style.
To get started, check out our services offered below. RockShox Service Direct supports RockShox products model year 2018 and newer. You can verify the model year by locating your product’s serial number and using the Serial Number document HERE.

Fork Service — $220 AUS*
200hr Service for your RockShox fork
- Cleaning and visual inspection of your fork**
- Full service (including all seals and Maxima fluids) with RockShox service kit
- Test full functionality of your fork
Rear Shock Services
Super Deluxe, Deluxe, SIDLuxe, Monarch Plus, Monarch — $220 AUS*
200hr Service for your RockShox shock
- Cleaning and visual inspection of your shock**
- Full service (including all seals and Maxima Plush fluids) with RockShox service kit
- Test full functionality of your shock
- Final cleaning and baseline setup
2024+ Vivid — $220 AUS*
200hr Service for your RockShox Vivid 2024+
- Cleaning and visual inspection of your shock**
- Full service (including all seals and Maxima Plush fluids) with RockShox service kit
- Test full functionality of your shock
- Final cleaning and baseline setup
Dropper Seatpost Services
Seatpost Service — $220 AUS*
400h/600h Service for your RockShox seatpost
ie. Reverb AXS, Reverb AXS XPLR, Reverb Stealth
- Cleaning and visual inspection of your seatpost**
- Full service (including all seals and Maxima fluids) with RockShox service kit
- Test full functionality of your seatpost
- Final cleaning and baseline setup
- Update firmware for AXS Reverb
* Taxes and shipping are not included. The amount above is authorization amount only. A final quote will be sent after evaluation.
** If damage is found on a component, you will receive a custom quote for the repair.
Credit Card information will be required to submit all Service Requests.
WARRANTY EVALUATION: For a warranty evaluation you must attach a Proof of Purchase and product images when creating a Service Request. You will not be charged if the warranty evaluation is approved.
