Need to return a SRAM.COM purchase?
- New, unused items, purchased via the SRAM.com online store can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to your original method of payment, less the shipping cost.
- Please be ready to provide the following information when requesting a Return Authorization.
- Customer name
- Sales order #
- Reason for return
- If you purchased your product in-store or from an independent retailer, please contact your retailer to arrange a return.
How to return SRAM.COM items?
Four simple steps
Step 1: Contact Customer Service
- Submit a Return Request to our Rider Support Team.
- Returns are not accepted for discounted, used, or damaged items, unless the failure is due to a manufacturing defect. Learn more about our Warranty Policy.
Step 2: Package and ship your return
- Package and ship your return with the instructions provided by Customer Service.
- Clearly print RA number on the outside of your return package. All returned items must be in the original box and/or packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Step 3: Allow 3-5 days after the product arrives at SRAM
- Our team will inspect and evaluate your return. Should there be any questions a customer service representative will contact you.
- Allow 3-5 days after the product arrives at SRAM for processing of your return.
Step 4: A credit memo confirmation will be emailed to you
- A credit memo confirmation will be emailed to you once your return has been processed.
- Allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
