TIME pioneered the pedal category starting in the late 1980s ascended dramatically during the early 2000s when most pros lined up at the Tour de France with Time products. The traditional continues today. With TIME’s acquisition, SRAM inherits an innovative and historic brand that was the first to focus on ergonomics through the pedal stroke.

Miguel Martinez wins XCO overall World Cup aboard TIME ATAC

Eleventh consecutive Tour de France won aboard TIME

2005

Julien Absalon wins XC World Title, his first of four World Championships, six World Cup overall titles, and an Olympic gold on TIME

2010

ICLIC concept introduced for road pedals

2011

Julie Bresset captures XC World Cup overall titles on TIME, also winning two world titles and an Olympic title in 2012-13

2012

New XPRESSO road and ATAC XC MTB pedals introduced
