Eros Poli typifies the passion and emotion of Italian cycling. Perhaps you remember the big Italian in 1994 won the legendary Ventoux Tour de France stage. Eros is 6'4" (that’s 1.94 meters), the biggest man in the Tour that year. He also won a gold medal at the 1984 Olympics for Italy in the team time trial.
